Overcoming Anxiety Group Meeting

The Southeastern Illinois Center for Pastoral Counseling is sponsoring a free Overcoming Anxiety Support Group meeting to be held at the First Christian Church, 8th and Market Streets in Mount Carmel, IL. Meetings are usually held the second Tuesday of each month from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for anyone who has experienced anxiety, worry, fear, dread, or panic.
