Children’s Art Contest Entry Form
This December, Thy Word Network is giving away fun prizes for kids of all ages.

There are four age categories in this contest, and three entries from each
category will win a gift. The age group categories are 0 – 3 years, 4 – 6 years,
7 – 9 years, and 10 – 12 years.
Rules:
• Only one entry per child.
• If more than one child per household wishes to enter the contest, photocopies of the
drawing may be made (or download a copy at thyword.org). Please include a name,
address, phone number and age for each entry.
• There can be only one winner per household.
• Entrants may use crayons, markers, watercolor paint, glitter pens, cloth, or anything
else they like to fill in the details and color the picture. Be creative!
• Deadline for this contest is Sunday, December 17, 2023. Entries must be
postmarked by this date.
Entries will be judged largely based on creativity. Winners will be notified by mail
and posted on our website at www.thyword.org.
