DESCRIPTION:There will be an informational meeting Tuesday\, February 28 on the topic of Prescribed Burning for Private Landowners. The meeting will be held at the Washington Township Fire Station\, 367 W County Road 150 S\, Washington\, IN beginning at 7:30 PM Eastern time. Hoosier Hills Prescribed Burn Association will be hosting the meeting. Historically\, fire was an important management tool for Indiana Woodlands and Native Grass Stands.
